Fink Wheels Turn Beneath My Feet Vinyl 2LP SEALED 1 of 500 Limited Edition:
$175.00

FINK – WHEELS TURN BENEATH MY FEETOnly 500 copies exist. This is one of them — still factory sealed. This is the Experience Vinyl exclusive edition of Fink’s Wheels Turn Beneath My Feet, issued as a colored-vinyl 2LP and strictly limited to just 500 copies worldwide. For anyone who has spent time looking for this album on vinyl, the reason for this edition is pretty clear. Wheels Turn Beneath My Feet has long been one of the harder Fink records to track down, with original 2012 copies becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. This limited pressing finally brought the album back to vinyl — but with only 500 made for the entire worldwide market, it wasn’t going to stay around for long. And what an album to have back on vinyl.Rather than documenting a single concert, Wheels Turn Beneath My Feet follows Fin Greenall, Guy Whittaker and Tim Thornton across the Perfect Darkness tour, assembling performances recorded in Copenhagen, London, Amsterdam, Vienna, Paris, Lyon and Prague. That gives the record a completely different feel from the typical live album. You’re hearing the band night after night, city after city, with performances of:Biscuits • Perfect Darkness • Fear Is Like Fire • Yesterday Was Hard On All Of Us • Blueberry Pancakes • Trouble’s What You’re In • Berlin Sunrise • Warm Shadow • Honesty • Wheels • This Is The Thing • Sort Of Revolution • Pretty Little ThingIt’s intimate, atmospheric and beautifully recorded — exactly the kind of setting where Fink’s music works best. The Experience Vinyl edition was produced in collaboration with Fink and presented as a gatefold colored-vinyl 2LP, complete with an eight-page booklet featuring original tour photography.Experience Vinyl Exclusive • Ninja Tune • 2LP • Colored Vinyl • Gatefold • 8-Page BookletLIMITED TO ONLY 500 COPIES WORLDWIDECONDITION: MINT / FACTORY SEALEDThis copy remains completely unopened in its original factory shrink. A beautiful example to keep sealed for the collection or open and enjoy. With an edition this small, the numbers really tell the story: 500 copies were made for Fink listeners and collectors worldwide. Once they’re absorbed into collections, sealed copies don’t magically replenish themselves. If Wheels Turn Beneath My Feet has been one of the holes in your Fink collection, this is a particularly nice way to fill it.SEALED RECORD NOTICE: This record is being sold exactly as received, factory sealed. Because opening it would permanently alter its collectible condition, the contents, vinyl appearance and playback condition have not been independently inspected or verified.Take a look through the rest of the shop while you’re here — Mystic Grooves is always digging for limited editions, original pressings and records that don’t come around every day.MYSTIC GROOVES
