Description

Vintage 8-inch Silvertone Record Disc acetate home recording. This unique private recording contains performances of \"Cry\" by June Valli and \"Shanghai\" by Bing Crosby on one side, with piano music performed by Carolyn Bear on the reverse side. These Silvertone home recording discs were produced in very limited quantities and were often created as personal recordings, making each surviving example unique.

This disc offers an interesting blend of popular mid-century music and a personal piano performance, giving it appeal to collectors of vintage recordings, acetate discs, home recordings, Bing Crosby memorabilia, and historical audio media.

Condition

Record has been play tested and plays through without skipping. Surface wear, light scratches, and age-related marks are present as expected for a vintage acetate recording. Handwritten labels show age, discoloration, and edge wear. Generic paper sleeve is heavily worn with tears, creases, and edge loss. Please review photographs carefully for overall condition.

Shipping
