Original vintage Southern California rave / underground dance flyer for THE FARM – “100% Groovy / More Power”, held on Saturday October 19th at Long Beach X Hall Three, 300 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, California.A fantastic colourful double-sided promotional card featuring an impressive line-up:Michael Cook • Doc Martin • UK DJ Justin Kingwith a special guest appearance by The Farm.The flyer specifically advertises the event as featuring the “first American performance by UK DJ Justin King.”The event also promised a full-colour laser light show and FX, computer-generated lighting and strobes, carnival amusements and video projections – a great snapshot of the early Southern California rave scene.The reverse retains its original First-Class Mail / U.S. Postage Paid permit marking from Van Nuys, California, indicating that this was produced as a promotional mailing piece.Original period item from a private collection — not a reproduction.Very good vintage condition with some light handling/storage wear consistent with age.
