Original vintage Los Angeles underground rave / club flyer for INTO THE PLEASURE DOME, held at the Mayan, 1038 South Hill St, Downtown Los Angeles.Dated Friday September 6th, this unusual circular flyer features striking blue, green and silver/grey artwork and measures approximately CD size (around 12cm diameter).The reverse features the wording:“Our paths will cross burning a hole into the center of the earth… with the light of the dancing fire…”The DJ line-up includes Michael Cook, alongside a number of other DJs/performers, with a separate Passion Parlor upstairs.An unusual surviving piece of original Los Angeles underground club ephemera, particularly attractive because of its circular CD-sized format and distinctive period artwork.Original vintage item from a private collection — not a reproduction.Good vintage condition with age and handling wear as shown in the photographs. The printing on the reverse is deliberately quite muted/overprinted in places. Please study both photographs for condition and detail.
