Vintage Black & White Records 10" 78 RPM shellac record, catalog number 300, featuring two different artists.

Record Details:

Label: Black & White Records
Catalog Number: 300
Format: 10" 78 RPM shellac record
Side A: The Watchmen – “The Gorgeous Gruen”
Matrix: BW 592
Side B: The Deacons – “Preachin’ Blues”
Matrix: BW-61

An unusual vintage Black & White Records release with early jazz/blues interest and a scarce pairing of The Watchmen and The Deacons.

This copy shows substantial surface scratching, scuffing and groove wear consistent with age and use. The “Preachin’ Blues” label has noticeable paper loss/residue, and the “The Gorgeous Gruen” side has a small inventory sticker. Please use the photos as an important part of the condition description.

A worthwhile piece for collectors of vintage 78 RPM records, obscure jazz, blues, R&B and independent record labels.
