VMP Anthology \'The Story of CADET Records\' is a limited edition, 8-LP box set released in early 2023 (Number 888 out of 1000). It explores Chicago\'s legendary Chess Records subsidiary, Cadet, showcasing its unique mix of jazz, blues and soul.
As lover of music and its related history, I enjoyed the box set very much. Of course, I was familiar with Chess Records, but to learn more about the story of Cadet Records and how it came along was super interesting, and the music in this collection is also great.
I only played the records ones, and now it is time to pass it on to another music lover. There is no visible corner damage to the record box (see pictures), and the record covers and records are spotless.The box is part of my personal collection and well taken cared of, stored inside the house in an air-conditioned environment on a proper vinyl storage shelve.
