Star Wars Original Trilogy – Complete 3-LP Narrated Story Collection – 1983 Buena Vista Records

An exceptionally well-preserved collection of all three original Star Wars narrated story albums, issued by Buena Vista Records in the matching 1983-era catalog series.

Includes The Story of Star Wars, The Story of The Empire Strikes Back, and The Story of Return of the Jedi, each with its accompanying illustrated story booklet.

These are the classic narrated adaptations featuring dialogue, original film music, and sound effects—not the instrumental soundtrack albums.

All three records have been carefully cleaned and fully play-tested on both sides, with extraordinarily clear playback throughout. The sound quality is approaching CD-like clarity, with virtually no noticeable surface noise or other playback distractions.

One of the cleanest-playing vintage records I’ve encountered. Remarkably quiet surfaces and excellent audio reproduction, with no significant playback issues.

3. The Story of Return of the Jedi – 62103

* Vinyl playback: NM- / NM-

* Jacket: EX-

* Illustrated booklet: EX+ to NM-

* Matrix Side 1: 62103-APRCR-683-A-111

Exceptionally clean playback on both sides, with no noticeable issues during testing. Beautifully clear dialogue, music, and sound effects.

Overall condition and completeness

All three albums retain their accompanying illustrated story booklets, preserved in excellent to near-mint condition. The jackets are also exceptionally well preserved for their age.

The records have been individually inspected and play-tested from beginning to end. Playback grades reflect actual listening evaluations, not merely visual grading.

These are authentic vintage U.S. Buena Vista Records issues from the matching 1983-era series, catalog numbers 62101, 62102, and 62103.

A particularly attractive complete collection for Star Wars enthusiasts, vintage Disneyland/Buena Vista record collectors, or anyone wishing to experience the original trilogy through these classic story adaptations.

Please examine all photographs for the exact cosmetic condition and contents. (Additional pictures available upon request)
