This set contains all 40 compact discs, comprising 812 tracks and approximately 48 hours 26 minutes of music. Discs 1–37 present the Schubert songs chronologically, with discs 38–40 featuring additional songs performed by Schubert’s friends and contemporaries.

Performers include Graham Johnson, Stephen Varcoe, Christine Brewer, Sir Thomas Allen, Adrian Thompson and many others.

A substantial and highly collectible Schubert recording project from Hyperion.

Condition

Discs are in excellent condition and appear very well cared for.

All 40 CDs are present.

The individual jewel cases are also in excellent overall condition except for one case that has a broken/cracked corner, as clearly photographed. The affected CD itself is excellent.

The outer presentation box has significant crushing, tearing and wear to one upper corner, also clearly shown in the photographs. The remainder of the box presents considerably better.

The original 448-page book is missing and is NOT included.
