Audio is clear, detailed and very enjoyable, with Patsy Cline’s vocals coming through exceptionally well.There are scattered soft crackles and minor pops in places, along with one lightly audible scratch. A more pronounced pop/tick occurs during the opening track of side 2; the area was cleaned and replayed to verify it, and the record played through without skipping both times, but with the sound still there after cleaning. Otherwise, playback is notably clean with long stretches of very clear audio and no significant playback problems encountered. The record is also exceptionally flat with no significant warp.The vinyl shows visible surface marks/hairlines under direct light, so it is conservatively graded VG+ based on the complete playtest rather than appearance alone.Cover: VG+Very attractive original jacket for its age. Front retains excellent color and presentation with relatively light wear. Back shows some age-related discoloration/spotting and there is minor edge/corner wear. Please see photos for exact condition.Original inner sleeve is not present. Record is housed in a clean unused vintage replacement inner sleeve.A very nice playing example of an early mono Showcase, especially for a record dating to 1961.Shipping: Record will be shipped in a new Mylar outer sleeve, protected with rigid cardboard and carefully packed with appropriate cushioning materials — no shipping bags — to help ensure it arrives in the condition as shown.
