$138.95

Original, vintage first edition copy of "The Warlock of Love," the highly collectible and only lifetime book of poetry published by glam rock legend and T. Rex frontman Marc Bolan. Published in 1969 by Lupus Music, this book captures the whimsical, fantasy-driven themes that defined his early psychedelic folk era with Tyrannosaurus Rex.Condition:
  • Exterior Cover & Binding: Worn/Acceptable vintage condition. The paper covering on the boards shows clear rubbing, splitting, and minor tearing along both the top and bottom spine edges. There is scuffing, rubbing, on the spine ends and outer corners of the pictorial boards. The text on the spine itself remains fully legible.
  • Interior Pages: Intact and tightly bound. Please note that pages 1-13 feature a noticeable brown blemish/stain near the bottom centre, and there is light age-related discolouration running along the lower margins of the pages. The front flyleaf also contains a vintage handwritten ink quote from a previous owner and a small pencil dealer price mark ("180/-") in the corner.
  • Please review all high-resolution photos carefully, especially the close-ups of the page blemishes and edge wear, to assess the exact cosmetic condition before purchasing.
