Up for sale is an absolute holy-grail copy of Lenny Lashley\'s Gang Of One self-titled debut 7\" picture disc vinyl single. Released on Holdfast Records (Catalog # HF001).
Ultra-Rare Signed #2/500 Release Party Variant:
This is a remarkably early, single-digit pressing produced for Record Store Day and the official 7\" Release Party in 2011.
• Includes the custom hand-sewn and screen-printed black canvas patch sleeve wrap, hand-marked #2 RSD 2011 on the back.
• Includes the original tracklist insert card, hand-numbered 2 / 500.
• Autographed: Hand-signed directly on the release party insert jacket by Lenny Lashley (in blue marker) and project producer Pete Steinkopf.
The Rarity Story:
This historic debut single represents the birth of the Gang Of One project. It was fully produced, recorded, and engineered by Pete Steinkopf (guitarist for punk legends The Bouncing Souls) at his recording sessions. The tracks feature full-band collaborative studio performances by punk luminaries Pete Steinkopf and Bryan Kienlen (The Bouncing Souls).
Finding a single-digit #2 copy with the full release party inserts and authentic signatures is nearly impossible. This is the ultimate centerpiece for a Boston punk, New Jersey punk, or modern Oi! vinyl archive.
Tracklist:
• Side 1: Tonight / Viva Rock-N-Roll
• Side 2: J.F.K. (Includes digital download card mention & bonus track \"Hotter Than July\")
Condition Details:
• Autographs & Inserts: Near Mint (NM). The signatures are bold, crisp, and unsmudged. The hand-numbered insert card is immaculate with sharp corners and zero folds.
• Canvas Patch Sleeve: Very Good Plus (VG+). The screen-printed stencil ink is bold, sharp, and clean. The custom perimeter stitching is fully intact.
