♫ KING ELVIS PRESLEY ♪

1st Pressings M/M- UnPlayed!

Vol. 1 Cover features a color shot of Elvis during a July 1975 performance; reverse has an album-size black-and-white photo from a June 1973 tour show. This was the first boot recording to feature a color gatefold cover (and the second boot ever to have a gatefold, the black-and-white \"Hillbilly Cat\" being the first). Contains various television appearances, live performances and undubbed studio masters. This album is unusual in that all recordings are presented in chronological order. The 1969 live recordings are believed to have originated from a master-tape obtained by someone possibly connected to RCA. Includes Long version of \"Suspicious Minds\", performed live by Elvis for the very First time in August 1969 (three months before the single was released, in Nov.).

Vol. 2 Both front and back cover feature Elvis in his famous Indian Feather suit, taken in May 1975 in Alabama. Inside gatefold pictures show album-size black-and-white 50s shots. Side A is devoted to the Hillbilly Kat of the 50s 1st TV Appearances (Complete CBS-TV Dorsey Shows), while Side B is devoted to the King of Rock & Roll of the 70s (studio masters from the Nashville sessions and live Vegas recordings). 2/14-17/72 tracks were originally intended for the never released \'Standing Room Only\' LP.

Both volumes with Elvis picture record labels!

As seen at pg. 852 & 855 in Felix Gubeli\'s 2012 KINGELVIS B00T BIBLE!!
