EX Vinyl / EX Cover

Exceptional early copy of the legendary KISS debut featuring the original 9-track configuration with NO “Kissin’ Time.”

Side II begins with “Deuce.”

What makes this copy particularly special is the original pink Warner Bros. “PROMOTIONAL COPY – NOT FOR SALE” sticker on the front cover.

THIS IS NOT A WHITE-LABEL PROMO.

This is the early BLUE CASABLANCA LABEL pressing paired with the original Warner Bros. “PROMOTIONAL COPY – NOT FOR SALE” stickered jacket.

CONDITION: EX / EX

The vinyl retains excellent gloss and presents extremely well with only light signs of handling.

The cover is a strong example with some expected age, edge, corner and storage wear. The spine remains readable, the jacket retains excellent overall integrity, and the original pink Warner Bros. promotional sticker presents beautifully.

I have taken extensive, detailed photographs from every important angle specifically to take the question marks out of the equation.

What you see is exactly what you are getting.

The labels, vinyl, jacket, promotional sticker, readable spine, edges and corners are all clearly photographed. Please examine all photographs carefully.

Clean early NB 9001 copies are extremely difficult to find, especially with this combination of features. This example brings together the desirable 1A/1AX Bell Sound/Joe deadwax, original no-“Kissin’ Time” configuration, early blue Casablanca labels and the original Warner Bros. promotional sticker.

A serious copy for the early KISS and NB 9001 collector.

Reasonable offers considered.

Ships securely in a Whiplash mailer with the record protected in a 3 mil outer sleeve.

Hail the Grails Records… where the hunt ends.
