The product is a vintage 1970 sealed self titled vinyl LP record by Archie Whitewater. This LP features a hole-punched cover and is in a 12" cardboard sleeve. The record label is Cadet Concept, and the genre of the album includes psychedelic rock, rhythm & blues, and funk. The vinyl is black in color and is graded as Very Good Plus (VG+) due to the hole punch location which had gone through the record's label, with the sleeve graded as Very Good (VG) due to the hole punch and partially torn shrink wrap that allowed dust an/or dirt to get underneath the shrink wrap. The LP is a unique addition for collectors of 1970s music, showcasing a mix of rock, jazz, soul, and funk sounds from the United States.NOTE FROM SELLER:This album had been hole punched right through the middle of the album cover and then was re-shrunk by the original record shop many many years ago when it didn't sell originally. This was a common practice from record stores back in the day when they were clearing out their dead stock. We cannot actually see a hole straight through the label and through the other side of the album cover and so maybe the record was removed prior to the hole punch before it was placed back into the sleeve, however; we cannot guarantee this possibility as we have seen albums come through our store with similar hole punched locations where the hole punch did in fact go through the record label but did not impact any of the tracks. We feel it's best to assume the record is in very good plus condition if there is a hole punch through the label as it is still considered brand new. We will be including a resealable outer plastic sleeve as well as an anti-static inner sleeve with this album. Please review all the photos provided for a better look at the overall condition for this vintage sealed album.
