$45.99

The Ultimate Aurra & Déjà 3-CD Evolution Lot (Salsoul & Virgin Records Originals)

Up for sale is a spectacular lot tracing the brilliant late-80s evolution of funk royalty. This bundle pairs the definitive Salsoul anthology of Aurra with the hard-to-find 1989 sophomore album under their new moniker, Déjà, heavily featuring that peak-era Teddy Riley production style.

What’s Included in This Premium Lot:

Aurra – Anthology: Volumes 1 & 2 (Original US Salsoul 2-CD Set, Cat: 20-20122): Features their timeless 80s funk anthems. Retains its original, period-correct thick black double-CD jewel case (not a modern clear replacement).
Déjà – Made To Be Together (Original 1989 US Virgin Records Pressing, Cat: 91060-2): A masterclass in peak New Jack Swing and synth-funk, featuring the hit singles \"Going Crazy\" and the stellar title track. Rare on the commercial CD format!

Condition Details (Please Read):

Discs: Near Mint (NM). All three compact discs are in excellent shape with zero scratches, scuffs, or play marks. They have been play-tested and run perfectly from start to finish.
Inserts & Booklets: Excellent condition. Vibrant colors (no fading) and completely free of any tab pinches or tears.

Jewel Cases, Spindle & Promo Note: Super mild shelf wear but the cases are clean and intact. Both original cases are structurally sound with smooth hinges. Please note two specific collector details:

The Déjà CD is an authentic industry promotional copy, indicated by a tiny, pin-sized promotional drill hole on the right side of the front spine. It is incredibly small and barely punctures the paper artwork insert. (Close-up photo provided).
The Aurra 2-CD thick case has a common physical (manufacturing) media quirk where the center spindle tray spindle moldings are slightly worn, meaning the disc does not firmly snap-lock into place. A custom buffer insert will be placed over the spindle during transit to keep the disc locked tight and scratch-free. The discs sit well on the spindles overall when stored.

Seller Pedigree & Provenance (Radio History):

Buy with absolute confidence. These pieces come directly from my private radio broadcasting archives. This physical media has been carefully handled, climate-controlled, and professionally preserved since its release.

📦 NOTE ON SHIPPING VALUE: I ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and automatic insurance. I do not use Media Mail because it exposes rare, irreplaceable promotional discs to rough handling, long delays, and invasive postal inspections. Your audio investment is packed securely in crush-proof materials so it arrives fast and pristine.

Please note, I only ship within the 50 United States.
