Original AFRTS Station Library transcription LP RL‑10‑8 featuring a multi‑artist easy‑listening, vocal, and jazz crossover program. Side 1 includes Perry Como with the Ray Charles Singers, the Charlie Calello Singers, and Ray Conniff & The Singers. Side 2 features Steve Lawrence & Eydie Gormé arranged by Eumir Deodato, jazz saxophonist Zoot Sims with the Gary McFarland Orchestra, and Sheila MacRae conducted by Sid Feller. Produced exclusively for U.S. military broadcast use and never sold commercially, these discs were pressed in limited quantities and distributed to bases worldwide. This edition blends orchestral pop, vocal jazz, light swing, and classic easy‑listening arrangements.

VG+ record / VG+ sleeve. Vinyl shows strong gloss with light hairlines, minimal dot scuffs, and faint sleeve scuffing on the outer perimeter. Playback on a test deck reveals typical light AFRTS surface noise, slightly heavier at the start of each side but quickly settling under the music. Side 2 contains a short cluster of faint rotational pops during Track 2 and a few rotational pops at the end of Track 4. No skips or tracking issues. Labels show even ink fade consistent with AFRTS low‑ink print runs, minor spindle fray, and handwritten “4.” Sleeve is VG+ with minimal wear, clean surfaces, and matching AFRTS markings. Playback may vary depending on equipment; sold as‑is.
