SEALED: Exactly what it means, therecord is still sealed in shrink wrap. NEVER OPENED / NEVERPLAYEDMINT: The record itself is in brand new condition withno surface marks. We rarely use this grading. If a record had beenopened it usually has SOME minuscule defect that we don\'t see/find.So we\'re real careful with this one.NEAR MINT (-) (+) (++):The record has VERY LITTLE (-) to ALMOST NONE (+) (++) signs ofhaving been used, there should be no lessening in sound quality. Anearly perfect, possibly unplayed or played only a few times.VERYGOOD (-) (+) (++): The record has/may have been played many times,but displays no MAJOR surface marks (\"feeler scratches\"),but has light scuff (sleeve) marks and the the occasional lightscratch/s.GOOD (-) (+) (++): The record will probably playok, but has very heavy scuffing and mild scratches. We usually callthese listener / collection fillers, as they are a great buy if youwant to own the record and listen to it, but not care to much aboutlots of noise, or damaging it further.FAIR: The record hasNOT been taken care of properly, has heavy scuffs and/or heavyscratches. the record may/may not play properly. We rarely waste ourtime putting these online unless they are really rare or valuable (ata much reduced price, of course).POOR: A piece of junk.
