Paul McCartney's The 7” Singles Box is a strictly limited, numbered-edition collection of 80 career-spanning 7” vinyl singles personally curated and supervised by McCartney. Released on December 2, 2022, production was strictly limited to just 3,000 copies worldwide. No 0639/3000The 80 records are housed in a custom-built, two-piece, four-walled wooden art crate made from FSC-approved redwood pine and birch plywood, designed and manufactured in Derbyshire, United Kingdom. It includes a massive 148-page contextual book featuring a personal foreword by Paul McCartney, an essay by music journalist Rob Sheffield, liner notes, recording notes, single release dates, chart information, and restored single artwork originating from 11 different countries. Test Pressing: Each individual box contains one randomly selected, exclusive test pressing of a featured single from the collection. The Music & Content 80 Vinyl Records: Comprises 163 tracks spanning solo and Wings releases from 1971 through 2019. 65 Recreations: Authentic reproductions of original released 7” singles complete with their vintage B-sides and period-accurate regional artwork. 15 Debuts on 7”: Fifteen singles previously issued only on 12” vinyl, picture discs, promotional/CD singles, or digital formats—including two unheard demos, one unheard 7” single edit, and a special EP. Excellent condition. Unplayed. Does not include original outer shipping box.
