Condition: New and Sealed in roughly 80% of its original clear plastic film. Never opened. Never played. The set features the Fine Arts Quartet with guest violist Francis Tursi, performing all six of Mozart's string quintets. Original box is in excellent condition with no damage, punctures, or crushed corners.

This VOXBOX 3-LP set (catalog number SVBX 557) of Mozart's 6 String Quintets was originally released in the United States and Canada in 1975. The recordings themselves were made in December 1974.

The set features the distinguished American ensemble, the Fine Arts Quartet, which consisted of Leonard Sorkin and Abram Loft (violins), Bernard Zaslav (viola), and George Sopkin (cello), with guest violist Francis Tursi to form the needed quintet. The six quintets included in the box set are:

K. 174 in B flat Major

K. 406 in C Minor

K. 515 in C Major

K. 516 in G Minor

K. 593 in D Major

K. 614 in E flat Major
