Poor: Stamp has severe discolouration, creasing and rips with design barely identifiable.May have previous signs of water damage.Dust and grime heavily present.
Fair: Design and postal marks are both visible. However stamps in this grade still show clear signs of wear with details worn away with discolouring and creasing still present to some degree.
Good: Design and postal marks are readable but with some wear still present. Smaller details of design may be more visible.
Mint/Uncirculated: This grade is reserved for stamps which were never entered into circulation and thus have no visible wear.
We grade all items visually and do our best to note any defects which may be present. In the case of collections the overall quality is assessed and graded accordingly

Very Good: As with ‘Good’ coins in this grade are easily distinguishable with date and inscription in readable condition. Design will be more detailed but some acceptable wear should be expected.

Can You Provide Extra Images Of The Item?
Once our items are listed on they are placed in storage to keep them safe until sale end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.
Do You Accept Buy It NowPrices?
We do not accept Buy It Now prices and it is BHF\'s policy to let all sales run their course.
Can I View Before offerding?
Based on ’s ‘selling outside ’ policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.
Can I Pay Cash?
We only accept payment via PayPal. One off payments can be made using your credit/debit card via PayPal.
Do You Combine Invoices?
All multiple invoices are automatically combined the following working day after sale end. Please note, we only combine items based on weight and size and it isn’t always possible to combine larger items into 1 box.
Customer Service

Payment
We ask that payment is made within 12 days of the sale ending via PayPal.
Delivery
We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice.
Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to 2 working days for your tracking to update on .
If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may upgrade the service for you.
We cannot hold items once payment is made.
We cannot send your item to an alternate address once payment is made.Any requests will result in the cancellation of the transaction.
Returns and Refunds
We accept all returns within 60days of purchase. Please contact us for help, or open a return via the returns centre if you would like to return your item.
In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldn’t be simpler.If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact your to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item usingour freepost service and we will credit your PayPal account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item.
Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via PayPal to theoriginal account used, within 2working days.
