I try to ship out the same day item is PAID! But, I gave myself 3 daysto locate item due to my storage problem. (See refund policy on this)
Please don’t select USPS “PARCEL POST” for shipping for a fewcents more or less you will get it sooner than 9 days. Timing permits if I can get it in the mailbox before pick up that day or it will be the next day. Unless, I can get aride to one of the carriers. If a package get to Fedex store after say 6pm onFriday it maybe Monday before 6:00pm before it get on the truck to do to theAtlanta Hub.

It’s hard to remember to tell buyers that every little prop that is usedin taking picture don’t come with the item, if you think an item in the picturecomes with please ask first don’t assume. I will give you a full refund within three days of time allotted to shipitem. I just don’t expect to get a stabin the back and get negative response. Some things you just can’t do anythingabout like a broken item even if it’s a chip after you bought it. It may gotrelisted accidentally or someone walked off with it???
No refund on wrong color and or size of item(s) purchased unless youasked for that size and or color and I sent the wrong item. Color(s) are goingto be different from the original item really looks like, from monitor tomonitor, amount of lighting used when taking pictures. I sometimes use theenhancement feature(s) to brighten or darken the item to bring out the detailsof the item which changes the color(s).
