Album Overview

This 1978 Christmas album features Bing Crosby and Rosemary
Clooney. Side A presents a vintage radio broadcast recording with Bing Crosby and
includes Frank Sinatra on “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” along with holiday
favorites such as “White Christmas,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and “Silent
Night.” Side B is devoted to Rosemary Clooney and includes classics such as “The
Christmas Song,” “Little Drummer Boy,” and “Jingle Bells.” The sleeve is VG with
light browning and remnants of a price sticker. The vinyl grades VG to VG+:
Side A has some background noise and solid fidelity, though the age of the
source recording means it does not have a hi-fi sound. Side B sounds very good,
reflecting its more recent recording quality at the time. Both sides visually grade
VG+, and the record has been ultrasonically cleaned.
