I believe Its a lithography. Its printed by " Etich. Giuntoli - Milano" (see Photo detail) the Brand is printed below right, and in The left you can read "Autorizz questura do Milano aí sensi art. 203 delle legge do P.S. data 16-03-1949" That means "Milan police headquarters authorization pursuant to art. 203 of the law of P.S. date 16-03-1949"
Have a gorgeous pin-up on a sexy pose the instrument. The ART is Signed by the artist " W. Q.(or A?) Queuza." and you can read on poster: "nei secoli eterne melodie - fisarmoniche Galanti - mondaino forli - export mondiale" that means: "over the centuries eternal melodies - Galanti accordions - mondaino forli - world export"
This poster measures 70 cm (27 1/2 in.) X 100cm (33 1/2 in.) And came from The city of Milan 15 years ago w/ others that I buy during a vacations trip and I buy from a antique collectables store. The Condition is NOS "New old stock". The poster are perfect, vibrant colors like in The day of he was printed. Just a few little marks and dents from the years of storage can be seen on the borders.
