First ones received were broken, not wrapped properly. Then put in a request to receive replacements. They agreed. Next message was what are you talking about? Totally confused. I asked for a refund. Then said they would replace. Received today a month later. All in all, never again. But thanks for finally replacing them. FYI: don’t ever take their advice and close a return before you receive the replacement because eBay cannot do anything if you do. I am fortunate.
