    Still fresh at 30

    Hard to believe it was over 30 years ago that I first bought this album, still in shock and sadness at the dissolving of the Smiths. But right from the opening song I knew that life would go on as usual. This album contains many of my favorite Morrissey tunes: Suedehead, Ordinary Boys, Hairdresser on Fire, Break Up the Family, actually all of them. This album was just the beginning of a series of Mozterpieces to follow.

    Awesome Late 80's Music

    Morrissey is an excellent singer with great writing and pronunciation of words. The Smith's were wonderful and Morrissey was able to put together a great album/CD after their demise. He picked some great musician's for this venture. I heard it many years ago when it first hit KROQ in L.A. Good job Morrissey!!I'm very happy I finally purchased this album/CD.

    Everyday Is Like Sunday

    If you like The Cure and obviously The Smiths you should enjoy this. I can't say I like it as much as any Smiths album but it is enjoyable and worth checking out. Dark, melancholy, and cool. 3 1/2 Stars.

    Viva Hate

    A classic! Not a perfect recording...but well worth the time, if even for just 3 or 4 tracks that remain gems to this day.

    I love viva hate!

    this CD is wonderful! Mozz at his best. Quality of sound is great for a live recording. I recommend it to any avid fan of the smiths or morrissey.

More to explore :
