This is how the ebay experience should be all the time! I contacted Eddie after I had won two of his items and exchanged really good pleasant messages with him and then he kept me informed on posting etc. Then when the items arrived, it was obvious the thought and care he took over the packaging, which was probably the best I've seen in my time buying from ebay.
