Could never play banjo because the frets were too far apart for me to make chords, but I always liked the sound. Have been playing guitar for 60 years. So this nice sounding, well made, guitar necked instrument does the trick. The price with no shipping was easy to handle. A++

A+ seller and a pleasure to deal with! Very good quality 6 string banjo for the price with a nice gig bag!! To set the banjo up start by removing the resonator and tightening the nut that holds the neck on. Then tighten all the Phillips head screws holding the head tensioners to the rim. Next tighten all the head tensioners 1/4 turn at a time, working in clockwise direction. You will need to repeat this step as the head stretches over time. Turn the turnbuckle on the rod to adjust the action.
