Originally released in 1986, So became one of the defining albums of the era and landed an international array of multi-Platinum certifications. It includes the iconic hit "Sledgehammer". This 3 CD edition also includes two discs of material recorded at Gabriel's live show in Athens, 1987.

    Best Gabriel album so far.

    The remastering of this album is out of this world, I couldn't believe how balanced it is, you can even crank up the volume and it's still as smooth as silk. As far as songwriting goes, this album is on par with any Genesis or Phil Collins album, a masterpiece. The addition of the two live CDs is also a plus, moreover because they are soundboard. I strongly recommend it.

    Masterpiece

    SO is the album where Peter Gabriel demonstrates his artistic genius most clearly and accessible. Great songwriting, production and musicianship. The live CDs from the SO tour provide a glimpse into the power of this band, in my opinion, Gabriel’s best and strongest.shows. Essential.
