I purchased a beautiful stained glass lamp that looked a little rough when I got it. The description mentioned the cracked panels, but not the limescale. It cleaned up easily with white vinegar and water plus a little fine sandpaper on the brass. The shipping cost was high, but reasonable considering the size of the shade and the extra packaging to prevent breakage.
