This was actually my jewelry box as a child. Pulled out of the attic a few days ago :)
As we\'re moving, it has to go, so hopefully will sit in a happier place than an attic.
The music still works somewhat, though very slowly. It plays \"On The Street Where You Live\". I suspect the music box could be repaired as my father fixed many a music box during my young years.
As noted in the photos, the roof has a crack in it; though it isn\'t terribly noticeable and doesn\'t go completely through. The box is still quite sturdy. The red \"velvet\" lining is still in place, mirror intact and unbroken and the drawer pulls fine.
