It is *New & Never Used or Displayed w/Box*...still in cellophane. It does need new batteries...can\'t tell if there\'s any inside, but I believe it takes 2 small watch batteries. Please check photos carefully, as they are part of the description and if you need more details please ask questions Before offerding. This pewter \"look\" (painted) figurine measures about 4.5\" H (5\" w/attached base) and the base is about 2.5\" in Diameter. There appears to be a place in between the wings of the figurine to hang it. Please Note that I will deduct $2 from each additional Enesco Angel purchased.
