We never sell a bad amp that we know is bad. We have a pile of amps marked as \"bad\" but this one is from a parts area that we packed up. thanks for understanding. USA shipping only.
PS It seems to be accepted by some ( 3rdbasenh ) that buying an as is item to later find out it does not work right out of the box to leave negative response. Never wrote us to see if we had another, which we did.
