From very high-end console radio model 92 - 197
One of the things that makes these special is they use four 2A3 for amplifier providing a significant amount of tube audio power.
The transformers check okay but the amp hasn't been used in many years, should be looked over by technician.
In over 25 years of dealing heavily in audio and tube equipment, this is only one of four of these I have ever had, they just don't show up for sale. I believe they were only made in very limited numbers.Amplifier is heavy and large, that's why shipping is going to be high.
