Our Music CDsOur music CDs are carefully evaluatedbefore sale and we try to grade them as honestly as possible. Due to the amountof merchandise we sell on , we adhere to a simple grading scale. For musicCDs, it is as follows:Brand New – CD comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factorypackaging. There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the CD is brandnew and unopened.

Like New – Itemis near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be minutesigns of use, but they will be barely noticeable. CD will always be mintcondition.

Very Good – Itemhas some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in very nice condition. There may be minor shelf wear to the case, ora bit of damage or sticker residue. The CD may have minor scuffs and scratches,but only a few very light ones.

Good – Itemhas obvious signs of wear. Case may be scratched or cracked. Art may be fadedor damaged. There may be scuffs on the CD or a name written on it. But it willstill look decent and be playable.

Acceptable –Item may arrive in blank case. CD might have a name written on it or skipduring play. If an item is listed as acceptable, we will disclose why it wasdeemed “acceptable” so you are aware of what the issue is. We generally do notsell “acceptable” items. All our CDs ship in a jewel case in a padded envelope with a tracking number. Wedo NOT sell “disc only” items. We check every CD we sell and discard any CDsthat don’t meet our standards. We do our best to make sure you are happy withyour purchase. We are not here to make a quick buck. We are here to be anawesome shop. We might be a little more expensive than those OTHER guys, butit’s worth it. And if you aren’t happy with your purchase, we are happy torefund you as quickly as possible.

REFUND POLICY:If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for afull refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped toyou, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse returnpostage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee.
