In the early days of Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page used this three-pickup 1960 Les Paul CustomBlack Beauty.

Purchased new in 1962, Jimmy used this Gibson Les Paul Customfor most of his session work from 1963 to 1966.

Jimmy had the Bigsby tremolo fitted and the original single pickup selector switch replaced with three separate toggle switches, allowing selection of any combination of pickups.

It was stolen in 1970 whilst Led Zeppelin were touring North America and eventually recovered in 2015.
