Yeah ! Ace-You-Face ! I mean hey, I did ... in fact, I performed modern Deadhead Fan-duty at its best ! I drove down to Jacksonville, Oregon - at The Britt Fest ! Named after famed Oregonian Peter Britt ... and that Venue is Stellar !!! Truly, one of Oregon\'s Live-Music Venue Treasures ! So, we ( her too, as she likes Ace as much as me - she claims more - we\'ll call it a tie - Hah ! ... ) drove all the way down there to see The Dog ! Yeah ... Ratdog ! at the Britt !! So, just as things are looking real-nice - and I have purchased my micro brew beverage of choice - Bobby walks on stage and makes this trip way-more-than-worth-in ! ... on the 1st Tune ! - You betcha >>> Festival !!!!!!!!! and he / they Hammered !!! it - straight out of the starting gate. I mean that\'s Weir for ya\' - how could you resist as you are playing the \" Britt Festival \" !!?! That\'s why I love Weir - because he\'ll recognize little nuance connections like that for the Fan-Faithful ... and he will go for it ! A super-duper Ratdog Show that-was !!! Well, so ... I headed to the merch booth - and then picked up this release ! I had heard of it ... but buying it right-at a Dog ! Show - seemed like all the better of an idea. So, then we got home - I popped this one in ... and listened to both-discs twice !! in a row ! I loved the compilation ... and I also got a kick out of the polished & professional nature of the Live Ratdog material ... not too much Crazy-Ace ! I love that stuff myself - but I really did dig how solid all of these selected Live Tracks were ! And as for Disc 1 ( the Studio stuff ) - I Loved ! it ... with the main-reason being that it was like a tried & true Bobby mix-tape ( notice I say \' tape \' - as I can seem to never break that habit ! ) - because, you have the Weir Solo material \" Ace \" style - with G.D. Musicianship >>> The Bob Weir Band material >>> and then the Bobby & The Midnites \" Hits & Favs \" >>> then you\'ve got the Ratdog released material - All in One ! So, this one really runs the whole spectrum. And, the fact that Bobby obviously picked them and/or approved them - or at least I assume ? ... makes it really-cool. In other words ... it was really great to see that Weir thinks as highly of material the likes of Easy To Slip - Shade Of Grey - Fly Away - and etc.. This material is Hot !!! and it has - and always-has had legs ! Really \" grippy \" stuff - and definitely material that was worth of a solid release on a Solo-material compilation like this one. Plus, you get some hot \" Previously Unreleased \" Tracks to - so how can you really go wrong ?! Get this one, put it - and \' keep \' it in the Collection ... right Dead-smack into your Bobby-Ace ! section - because it\'s way worth it. Released back in 2004 - you definitely don\'t want to wait too much longer ... or else you might find yourself \" Wrong Way Feelin\' !!?! \". Hah !!! ... Enjoy !!!!!

CD\'s ( Disc 1 & Disc 2 ) are in overall Very Good condition with light marks/scratches on the playing surfaces (cosmetic-only) : Disc 1 = Very Good condition / Disc 2 = Very Good/Like New (please see photos). Liner Notes ( 16-Page Insert Booklet & Back Insert Card ) are in Very Good condition, with some light/medium surface wear (please see photos). CD Case ( 2-CD Book-Page type ) is in Very Good condition, with light/medium surface wear scratches on the outer plastic panels (please see photos). This 2-CD set has been stored safely in my professional CD rack next to other CD Cases. Please see all photos provided. Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.
