All 8-Track tapes have NOT been tested. Dozens of the hundreds available have been tested and all of them are working, however not all tapes have been tested. Please take this statement into account when purchasing.

Actual color of the item may vary slightly from what you see in the photos due to glaring or brightness from the flash. Pictures are an important part of each item along with the written description. Please take both into account before purchasing. Plastic packaging may contain retail stickers, rips or tears.

Immediate payment is required for all Buy It Now items. For all Best Offers, payment is required within three (3) days. If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be canceled and the item will be re-listed. Payment MUST BE received before the item is shipped.

Shipping Information

I offer Combined Shipping on multiple orders. If you would like to order from more than 1 listing that does NOT offer FREE Shipping, you can either:

1. Contact me and I will either combine the listings for you into 1 listing and just charge the higher shipping cost, or

2. Purchase all of the items and I will only charge you for the higher shipping charge and issue a refund for all other shipping charges.

All items sent out by me will be properly sleeved/ bagged and padded to ensure maximum protection. Advertised Shipping for this item is to the Continental US Lower 48 States ONLY. All shipping fees include all shipping, handling, tracking and insurance.

For Domestic Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, APO & FPO, there may be an additional shipping fee.

I do not ship internationally.

All items require at least 1 Business day for Handling and will be shipped either Media Mail or Priority Mail via the USPS, depending on your choosing at check out. The Post Office has the right to inspect Media Mail at their processing facilities. I package all of my shipments as neatly and securely as possible to ensure that you receive the item in the condition that you expect. I am not sure how the Postal Service re-packages the shipments after they inspect them. If your package arrives in a way that seems unsatisfactory, please don\'t think that it was due to my packaging. Feel free to message me to let me know. This way I can contact the Post Office and make them aware of the issue. All shipping labels are printed directly through , so you will immediately receive the tracking number with notification of the shipment of the item.

I am not responsible for carrier transit time. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods, holidays, or inclement weather. Please keep in mind that an item shipped via Media Mail will take significantly longer to arrive than an item shipped via Priority Mail. I only ship to the address on your /Paypal account, under \'s Seller Protection Policy. If you request a different address, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Returns

Returns are permitted if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and must be initiated by the buyer within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Since I guarantee the authenticity of my listings, I only cover the cost of returns if an item was misrepresented or defective in any way in accordance with \'s Buyer Protection Policy. Returns MUST BE received within Thirty (30) days, and the item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Once the returned item is received in it\'s original condition, then the item will be refunded. If the item is altered, defective, or missing components when it is returned, I reserve the right to issue a partial refund or void the refund altogether.
