Vintage Christmas Postcard - Anthropomorphic Cat Musicians with Snare Drum and Harmonica, Kitten Drinking Milk Snowy Holly Gilded Silver Stripe Background - Antique Embossed c1912
Condition (see definitionsbelow): Very Good+--small corner bumps, barely visible surface nicks, unused. Detailed embossing is visible from the back. Please look at scans and usethe magnifier, as they are part of the description.
Subject: Two musician cats, one wearing a pink ribbon and bell and playing a snare drum and the other, lying on a red pillow and playing a harmonica, with a small kitten drinking milk from a pretty saucer. The oval inset looks like the cats are behind ripped paper in a tromp l'oeil or fool-the-eye effect. The background has stripes of metallic silver, holly leaves and berries.

Greeting: "A Bright and Happy Christmas."
Features: Cats playing drum and harmonica musical instruments, cute kitten drinking milk from a saucer, tromp l'oeil or fool-the-eye oval inset, gilded metallic silver background stripes with diagonal line texture and colorful holly accents.
