This full color, shaped disc is one of the greatest and rarest examples of West Coast metal.This magnificent American Steel picture disc is a must-have for West coast metal for any metal fan\'s picture disc collection.
The full color face of the disc features a wickedly grinning devil, winding a phonograph ... with artwork by Jay Rowbothom this disc captures all the wickedness and fun of the west coast metal scene back in the eighties.
There is no evidence of this picture disc ever being and it was one of a collection of discs I açquired when buying all of Azra\'s remaining stock ... so very very likely it has never been played - I would never put a needle on the surface of a picture disc - and neither should you.This 1986 release eatures the songs \"No Substitute for Steel\" and \"Everchanging Wind\".The record label, Azra, is known for its great releases of the glory days of west coast metal, and this is one of the three best from the house, and as I\'m writing this wondering if I really want to part with it - its is that rare and that visually stunning. Also the artist is Jay Rowbottom, creator of some of the lasting images of West Coast metal.The disc is a great addition to any collection and this is one you\'ll want to display.
