New Handmade African Lion Hand Drum
approximately 3 x .75 x 10 inches These wonderful little hand drums are sometimes known as tic-toc or twist drums. By swirling the handle either between your palms or in one hand, the pieces of wood attached to the side beat back and forth for a fun rhythm. These examples are made of calabash gourd and cowry shells and have been carefully painted with various African people and animals. Try them in a jar or rustic vase for a unique display! They are both fun and decorative!
