I saved all theChristmas cards I received at my guitar store from 1986 through 2019.I haven't counted them but I think there are somewhere between 350 to450 cards with the envelopes they were mailed in. Their total weight is 16pounds so maybe more cards than I'm guessing!

Abouthalf of them are from customers, but the coolest cards came from guitar companies, several with special artwork (not store bought) and made especially for theirChristmas cards sent to us dealers. I was a dealer for Gibson,Fender, Martin, Ibanez, Peavey, Yamaha, Bishline, Samson, DeanMarkley, Bedell and many more brands. Most guitar company Christmascards were traditional, but there are more than 50 cards withcool special artwork in this collection.

Aswe received Christmas cards at my store we would place them aroundour tree for customers to see. And after Christmas we would take downthe decorations, but I made a point to save all the Christmas cardsand stashed them safely away, and kept the different years separated.
