•  U2 - It was another beautiful day for members of U2, as the veteran Irish band and its acclaimed album, All That You Can't Leave Behind, picked up a leading eight nominations for the upcoming 44th Annual GRAMMY Awards. More info at CDNOW. Irish rockers U2 top Pollstar's annual year-end touring chart with a North American gross of $108.7 million. More info at CDNOW.

•  Lifehouse - To the surprise of no one, Lifehouse's "Hanging By a Moment" was the most spun song of 2001, according to Broadcast Data Systems. More info at CDNOW.
