Weezer - Weezer's old management company Atlas/Third Rail Management has filed a lawsuit totaling nearly $2 million against the band for breach of contract. You can find out more about this here.

Smash Mouth - Tragedy struck Smash Mouth this weekend when singer Steve Harwell's 6-month-old son, Presley Scott Harwell, died of complications from acute lymphatic leukemia.

The child had been ill with the disease for only a short period of time, a publicist for the band's label said.

As Harwell returned home to Las Vegas, Presley Scott's condition deteriorated, and he was pronounced dead at 4:12 a.m. Saturday.
