The following is a CD review created by me. It is copyrighted by

personal opinion of the album and does not necessarily reflect those
opinions of the band, label, etc. If you have any questions,
comments, or problems Contact Me. It seems the Barenaked Ladies have done it once again. After the
success of their hit song "One Week", BNL blew our minds with other
songs like "It's All Been Done" and "The Old Apartment" proving
they are most definitely not a "One Hit Wonder." Their newest
Greatest Hits CD captures the indescribable talent of one of the best
bands in the industry. True BNL fans know their song "The Old
Apartment" very well. Capturing Barenaked Ladies unique style, it is
a great song to relax to. "Falling For the First Time" is a
great song to remember those days of dating. I'm sure everybody
remembers that girl or guy who you couldn't stop thinking about! A
great part about BNL's new CD is the combination of studio and live
tracks. Song number 3 is a live version of "Brian Wilson."
I agree with the audience you can hear cheering in the
background: Two thumbs up! Number 4 on the new CD is the biggest hit
by the band. What could it be? "One Week" of course. Every band
gets their start somehow, "One Week" was the song that helped BNL
jump to the big leagues. Another brilliant song on their new CD is
"If I Had a Million Dollars." You may have heard this song in the NY
Lotto promos. What would you do with a million dollars? Listen to the
song and you'll get some ideas you may not have thought of. The
Greatest Hits CD could not be complete without BNL's hit "It's All
Been Done." That is one of those songs that makes you want to get up
and dance. Although Barenaked Ladies is most widely known by their
"older" songs, the new CD includes their new hit "Pinch Me." The
first time I heard the song I thought it was one of the weirdest and
most unique songs I'd ever heard. I honestly wasn't sure if I liked
it or not. After listening to it only one more time, I couldn't stop
listening. "Pinch Me" is most definitely a song that deserves the
attention of fans and non-fans alike. Similar to the ending of a
book, the last song on the new CD is "Thanks That Was Fun." I could
not have chosen a better ending to another brilliant CD by a band
that is surely here to stay. What are you waiting for? Be sure to
pick up your copy of Barenaked Ladies new CD today. Return to my BNL
